The customer service was amazing, with the entire staff being very personable. The lobby was beautiful, and the pool area was peaceful. The room was fantastic, with a separate sitting area that was perfect for someone who wanted to stay up while I slept. The high-quality sheets were a pleasant surprise.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were always polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were beautiful, especially the pool. The location was perfect for exploring Coral Gables and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Valet car service was convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the bellman and the manager who went above and beyond in their service. The location of the hotel was perfect, with great restaurants and coffee bars within walking distance on the Miracle Mile. We also loved the convenience of having parking available and being able to explore the city on City Bikes or State Park bikes.
