We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The room had a huge flat-screen television and comfortable couches, making it a great place to relax. The location was very convenient, as it was near the airport and within easy walking distance of several local restaurants. We also appreciated the transportation service, especially the helpfulness of Carolina, one of the drivers. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including specialty juices and delicious eggs. The staff were friendly and professional, and Boris at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. And let's not forget about Halo the Robot, who was a delightful addition to our stay, bringing toiletries and snacks right to our room. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations!

After a day of touring in the Miami area, we loved the practical airport and mall shuttle provided by the hotel. It made getting around so much easier. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Dolphin Mall and the Airport, making it a great choice for both shopping and transportation purposes. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, perfect for grabbing a quick bite before starting our day. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
