I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Yudy at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean. The breakfast provided was delicious, and Mariaelena and Maria Fernanda took great care of the guests and the dining area. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were soft and plush. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the Miami zoo and not far from the coast or the keys. There was even a lovely park nearby to enjoy. the Best Western Plus provided excellent service, fantastic facilities, and a great breakfast selection.

The hotel looked great with a lovely building. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to shopping malls, restaurants, the Everglades, and the road to the Keys and downtown Miami for the wedding we attended.

The hotel is in the perfect spot and easily accessible to shopping malls and restaurants within 20 minutes tops. The location was great, and the staff members were very courteous and ready to meet my expectations and more. The room was very clean and ample, with a nice view and a comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast was the best I've had so far in a hotel, with a good menu selection and variety.
